Marketing with social networking is unlike other forms of marketing
because it’s an interactive event, and that means you have to have a
give and take. That can be hard to do. Many times you’ll have to
deal with all manners of spammers, trolls or just plain rude people.
Here are some ways to deal with them:
-Delete spam comments, or comments with junk lettering. As well as
hate speech or foul language.
-When faced with a valid complaint phrased poorly address the issue,
don’t blast back.
-Always stay polite and professional. Always.
